A. Clan Leadership Structure

B. Clan Means and Powers
Summary:
Requires CA approval

5) Non-officer Rank promotions
1) The Clan Administrator (CA) will have veto power over simple majority
votes by the Leadership Staff (LS) and General Staff (GS). These votes
include, but are not limited to Officer Placements, GS Placements,
Full Membership offerings, Policy, Rule and Constitution updates and
Resource and Monetary Funds allocations.
2) A majority vote (2) by the LS will replace a CA vote when the CA
is not available.
3) The LS and GS will produce bills and make recommendations as needed
by simple majority vote using parliamentary procedures that will then
be sent to the CA for approval or veto.
a-Should the CA veto a bill, the bill will be sent back to the LS
and GS for revision.
b-Should the CA veto the bill a second time, that bill will be sent
back to the LS and GS for revision.
c-Should the CA veto a bill for the third time, the bill is submitted
to the clan for approval.
- The vote is not to last more than 5 days
- The vote must be Announced in the Clan Polling Section of our forums
- Simple majority vote decides: All members may vote. (Minimum of
20 votes is required.)
3) The CA will approve candidates appointed by the GS or LS for GS
or officer positions, NCO positions, and other administrative functions
by simple majority vote.
4) The GS and LS will consider and recommend to the CA, recruits for
advancement to full clan membership. The recruit will be given full
clan membership, including voting privileges, upon approval of the
CA. Trainees maybe be presented up to 3 times (48 hours apart) before
the CA's vote is permanent.
5) The GS and LS will nominate candidates, when needed, to fill openings
in the GS. A majority GS and LS vote and CA approval is needed to
confirm a candidate to his or her post on the GS.
a- Per the CA's recommendation any GS or LS member maybe temporarily
or permanently removed by a simple majority vote by the LS and GS.
Any LS or GS member may be temporarily (not to exceed 7 days) removed
from his position.
b- The member temporarily assuming the duties of a sitting LS or GS
member shall be considered to have been given a “battlefield promotion”,
and will return to his previous rank and duties upon the resolution
of the emergency or the 7 day period.
6) Votes by individual members of the LS and GS shall be confidential,
unless otherwise agreed too.
C. Clan Meeting Structure
1) GS meeting is to occur once a week at a designated time. These
meeting supersede all other clan events.
a – Only an LS member may cancel a GS meeting
b – A majority (6 GS members) and (2 LS members) are required for
a meeting to commence
2) All GS meetings are open to the clan.
3) The highest ranking attendee will administer the meeting, unless
such authority is delegated by the former.
4) All meeting attendees are requirement to exit all games, practices
and matches prior to joining the meeting.
5) All GS and LS members are entitled to a vote with the highest sitting
LS or present CA having the final approval where needed.
D. Clan Discipline and Removal Processes
Removal from the Clan or appointment
1) – The removal or suspension of a trainee from the clan requires
a simple majority vote by the LS and GS.
2) – The removal or suspension of a non-officer, full member from
the clan requires a simple majority vote from the GS and LS and CA
approval.
3) – The removal or suspension of a GS member from the GS requires
a simple majority vote by the LS and GS and CA approval.
4) – The removal or suspension of a LS (excluding the CA) member from
the LS requires a simple majority vote by the LS and GS and CA approval.
5) – The removal of the CA requires a simple majority vote from the
GS, LS (Excluding the CA) and the active full members at the time
of polling (Minimum of 20 excluding the GS and LS members).
a - Any member may join a GS meeting, with prior notification, for
the purpose of seeking a “no confidence” vote regarding the sitting
CA.
b - The vote to remove the CA shall be posted as an announcement on
the forums and shall last 5 days.
c - Should a sitting CA be permanently removed, he shall retain his
rights and privileges as a full member with the rank of private. Additionally,
all officers (including the GS) and NCO's, will be returned to the
rank of private and enjoy the privileges of full membership. Exception:
All ladders and leagues must still function; therefore, members who
hold these positions still have control over these functions regardless
of rank until a suitable alternative is discovered.
d - In the event of the sitting CA being removed, the former treasurer
will assume responsibility for fulfilling the clan's obligations on
an emergency basis.
e - In the event of the CA being removed, the LS members shall form
a triumvirate for the sole purpose of conducting the election of a
new CA using the following criteria:
1-The treasurer will collect and post a list of full members nominated
for the position.
2-The treasurer will receive and confirm a list of full members from
the former recruiter.
3- Nominations will be taken for three days.
4- All nominees will be listed on a forum poll for a period of three
days.
5- All full members will cast one vote via the forums for one nominee.
6-At the end of the three day voting for nominees, the treasurer will
count all votes that have been cast on the forum and direct the former
information officer to post the top two vote getters for a final “run
off” election lasting three additional days.
7-Clan members may vote for one of the two members in this “run off”
phase only, no write in votes are allowed.
8- The member with the highest number of votes at the end of the three
day period will be the new CA.
f - Any member assuming the new position of CA has emergency authority
and shall appoint a temporary treasurer, information officer, scheduler,
and the LS members
E. Leadership Absence Policies
1) Should the CA be incapacity or temporarily absent for a period
of time not to exceed 14 days the LS staff will share all assumed
CA responsibilities.
2) Any period exceeding 14 days will result in action under {D. Clan
Discipline and Removal Processes}.
F. Clan Bill of Rights:
1) No member may infringe upon the right of another member to freely
enjoy the game.
2) Any member may petition the LS, GS or CA.
3) Any member will be considered for promotion or advancement without
regard to race, sex, or nationality.
4) Any member donating the appropriate amount of money may have use
of a remote console when possible.
5) Any member may be disciplined as set forth in the section {D. Clan
Discipline and Removal Processes}. And have rank, rights, and privileges
revoked or curtailed.
6) Members have the right to play on the game server and use voice
communication when possible and appropriate for their enjoyment.
7) No member may discipline or persecute any other member without
consent of the governing body.
8) All members are subject to current policies and procedures.
9) All members have the right to be considered for participation in
competition.
10) All members are representatives of the clan and are expected to
act as such.
11) No member or trainee shall make false statements or act irresponsibility
while wearing the 6thAD tag.
Members are expected to be respectful of other members. Members are
expected to treat the public respectfully and act as representatives
of the clan at all times. No member shall infringe upon another member's
enjoyment of the game or rights as a clan member.
Specifically:
1) No single member shall kick another “Active” member from the game
server or from voice communications or hinder their enjoyment of such
except in cases defined by future bills. Note: Active is defined as
not AFK and/or not stationed in the AFK channel in TS.
2) No member shall ban another member from the game server or voice
communications without the consent of present (1) LS members or (3)
GS members.
3) No member shall negatively affect the web site, forums, voice communications,
or game server in such a way as to hinder the enjoyment of other members.
4) No member shall ever be kicked or banned without first receiving
a warning.
5) Any member that kicks or bans another member, even with cause,
will have their actions reviewed by the LS and GS and are subject
to disciplinary action.
6) A significant effort must be made by an officer to rectify any
situation between clan members. This effort must include a private
conversation in a private channel. The actions of the officer in question
will be reviewed by the GS and may result in disciplinary action.
7) Only the highest ranking officer on a server may kick a clan member.
This situation must be immediately reported to the general staff for
review. Either party may be reprimanded or disciplined for their actions.
All parties involved may be present for this review. Before such an
incident, the highest ranking officer must make a significant effort
to diffuse the situation before kicking any member.
8) No member shall take actions, such as making annoying sounds, team
killing, or other, so as to impair the enjoyment of the game by another
member. Any member found guilty of such actions will be subject to
disciplinary procedures.
9) Abuse of power will not be tolerated by any member within the clan.
Such abuses will result in disciplinary action by the GS.
10) In order the change this constitution, a vote by the LS and GS
must pass with a simple majority.
Specific Bills Method of posting Bills and editing them:
In order for a bill to be considered by the GS for consideration in
a GS meeting it must first be submitted via the forums, or other acceptable
means, for review and criticism before the scheduled GS meeting. The
following procedures must be followed when submitting a bill.
All bills once submitted can not be edited using the EDIT feature
in the forums. If the bill was not submitted via the forums it must
not be edited once submitted.
1. The bill can be added to or reworded, but it must be done in a
separate post so that the GS can understand the changes and suggest
proper resolutions.
2. Once the bill is submitted all comments in that post must be BILL
oriented and suggest agreement or change. Any off the wall remarks,
comments, or lack of interest remarks can be used for disciplinary
action by the CA or the GS as a whole.
3. IF AN EMERGENCY ARRIVES THE CHAIR OF THE MEETING MAY HERE A BILL
WITHOUT IT BEING POSTED, BUT MAY WISH TO TABLE IT UNTIL A BILL CAN
BE WRITTEN OR DISCUSSED IN A TIMELY MANNER.

Player Conduct, Matches/Practices/Scrimmages Bill:
1.Chain of command will be followed during practices, matches, and
scrimmages.
2. No team killing is allowed while Orders are being given in practices,
matches, or scrimmages.
3. Any disruptive behavior or inattention may be grounds for disciplinary
action. Disciplinary actions may include being kicked from the game
server for the remainder of the practice, match, or scrimmage.
4. A player may be kicked from a practice, match, or scrimmage after
the ranking officers on the server has agreed that such behavior is
disruptive.

Clan Administer Rights & Limitations VIA Servers, Consoles, Web
site, and TS:
The CA shall retain the rights of all GS members in regards to the
consoles, web site, and teamspeak. The CA is to follow all rules that
apply to all members of the clan.
The CA holds the right to limit access to the above (not limited too)
for a period no longer than 3 days, or until the security issue is
resolved, if a security issue is found in regards to ( INCLUDED BUT
NOT LIMITED TOO ) our web site, forums, communications software, vwar,
remote managers, consoles, and remote desktop.
If the CA deems a security risk the following procedure must be followed:
1. CA must contact at least 3 other members, (1) LS and (2) GS who
currently have access to the service, or services, that are being
temporarily suspended.
2. CA must then announce to the GS, or clan depending on the situation,
what circumstances lead to the decision
3. CA must then call for an emergency meeting with the LS and GS sometime
within the 3 day suspension period.
5. The CA can revoke any member's Remote Manager Rights or TS server
admin status until the next formal GS clan meeting. But the persons
being suspended must be notified as they will be allowed to state
their case, during the next GS meeting.

Rank Restructure Bill: Rights, Limitations, Requirements.
The following link will take you to our current rank structure. This rank structure is how we determine your status, rank, within the clan. Some ranks hold a specific class and job responsability while others do not. Although we do not use our ranks as a military organization would -- our ranks of Staff Sergeant or above do come with mentor and moderator abilities and are outlined within this bill or subsiquent bills to follow.

Rank Responsability & Authority: CODE OF CONDUCT BILL
Any member with the rank of SPC or greater may manage a member of less rank in all policies and operational procedure. This member may not regulate activities of any clan member, unless it is a clan event in which the member in question signed up or was assigned to (clan event / match / scrim), such as behaviour coaching and mentoring. Persons with higher rank can take action to control a situation as long as the following is adhered to at all times:
